Abortion

Real Choices understands that all women have freedom of choice. But, wise choices cannot be made unless all the options and risks are considered. Most women don't know what types of abortions are performed, what will be done to their bodies or the risks associated with each abortion procedure.

Our staff and volunteers take the time to explain all abortion procedures, paralleled with accurate information on fetal development so that each client can truly make an informed decision about what she wants for herself and her unborn child.

STI’s

The United States has an epidemic of sexually transmitted infections (STIs). Over 70 million Americans currently have an STI. More than 19 million new cases occur each year and half of these are in people under 25.

Real Choices works very closely with our Medical Director, Dr. Jeff Livingston (link to staff page), to stay up-to-date on the information we present to our clients about their risk of contracting an STI. We promote healthy sexual decisions and behaviors by communicating credible scientific information, and biblical truth.

Fetal Development 

Real Choices believes that one cannot make an informed decision about what she wants for herself, or her unborn child without knowing exactly what is happening to her body, and her developing baby. We find that a large number of young women don't understand early pregnancy. Our staff and volunteers take the time to explain in detail the process of fetal development as well as ensure that every woman has a sonogram to tell her exactly how far her pregnancy has progressed so that she can truly make an informed decision.
