Medical Services

Real Choices is a pregnancy medical clinic with resources onsite to conduct pregnancy testing and sonograms free of charge. Our highly-trained staff is available by appointment in Grapevine Irving, and Keller to deliver compassionate care to women in need. Material Assistance

We are here to help families choose life for their unborn children, but we also want to do everything possible to provide the resources that will support their ability to be loving parents. For example, we provide each new mother with diapers for a year to alleviate some of the financial strain. We have also formed partnerships throughout the community so we can refer families to organizations that assist with housing, clothing, food, medical care, etc.

Men's Counseling

Real Choices is an organization that focuses on the entire family. The choice to have a child often involves more than just the pregnant woman and we want to be a resource for the men in their lives as well. We provide counseling services to support soon-to-be fathers, giving them the encouragement and tools they need to accept this new responsibility in a godly manner. We are also here for those men who may be related to the soon-to-be mother or father, such as their fathers and brothers who want to lend support but often need someone to talk to first. Our services are discreet, confidential and delivered by men who understand.

Exploring God

Real Choices believes that in order to truly “save” the unborn, we must first reach these new mothers and fathers in the name of Christ to save their eternal lives. Each of our Caregivers is a Christian who has been trained in ministering to families according to the gospel. We want to surround each client with love and compassion so they know they are not alone. Oftentimes, we see these individuals profess Christ and have the opportunity to support them as new believers. That is why we have formed partnerships with churches throughout the community so families have a place to go once they leave our offices.

Abortion Recovery

40% of women living in America have had, or will have had at least one abortion by the time they reach 40 years of age. That is literally 1 in 4 women. Many of our clients have chosen abortion in the past. Likewise, many of the partners who engage in supporting our work have faced the wake of an abortion decision in their past. That is why we have formed specific programs with highly-trained Caregivers to minister to those families who may be hurting from a previous decision. Through compassion and sharing the gospel, we help people through the grieving process to establish new faith and freedom for the future. Childbirth Class

Our heart is to see every family who makes a decision for life equipped with the tools they need to be healthy and loving parents. One way that we accomplish this is through childbirth classes. Real Choices medical management teams, along with the help of volunteer qualified medical professionals, teach comprehensive childbirth classes 3 times each year. These classes are FREE for our clients to attend and are offered in both English, and Spanish.
